For the second part of science super learning day Y4R took to the playground. our mission was too find out if the splatter distance of water balloons increased if dropped from a greater height. So fantastic learning took place and a lot of fun!

Y4R started our Science Super Learning Day investigating the question 'Can we stand on a plastic cup without it breaking?' We discovered that a cup on its own will easily be crushed but if we put them together they can support more weight.

The first Enrichment session of the term saw Y4 completing their own science investigation! We set out to find out. 'Can an egg float in water?' You'll have to ask the children to discover what we found out.
