The Amazon Rainforest

We have been reading The Great Kapox Tree in Literacy which is a story set in the Amazon Rainforest. Today children were involved in creating large group paintings. During this children were thinking of ways to describe the rainforest in preparation for some writing. After the painting we shared words and phrases we could use to describe. Keep checking for examples of writing.
